We offer individual Pilates, group Pilates classes and Pilates for pregnant women. All our Pilates classes are taught by a physiotherapist using a variety of equipment including Pilates balls, Therabands, Pilates circles and foam rollers.

 Pilates can help with various injuries and conditions, including back pain.  Pilates is ideal for everyone from children to elderly patients, post-surgical patients to elite athletes.

 What is Pilates?

 Pilates is a form of total body conditioning and training developed by Joseph Pilates during the late 1900s.It is an exercise method that strengthens core postural muscles and develops proper body alignment.
